Ruslan is the father of four children. In this video he sincerely shares what thoughts came to him when he started working on himself: that family is a hindrance to development, children make noise, that his wife will not understand and will not support him. But gradually, Ruslan began to notice that what seemed to him to be love on his part was in fact a desire to dominate and stay in comfortable conditions. Ruslan talks about how life has changed when he began to apply in practice the main rule: to be honest with yourself. Honesty allowed Ruslan to identify selfish patterns, to understand that the family is a great helper on the way to self-development, and that love and respect are the basis for good and harmonious relations.
