Anastasia, Vladivostok: Hello guys. I just wanted to share with you. I began to notice that I was sticking to pictures. I’m always watching a "movie" as if I'm in the coordination center, talking to guys or discussing spiritual practices, and this is such a background of so-to-say spirituality that I am immersed in this process. And I caught myself on the fact that during Allat I just watch this “movie”. I asked myself a question: "What for?" And at that moment I felt like this energy which was… by means of which, it seems to me that I was watching this movie, it flowed somewhere from the area of the head to the solar plexus, and I switched to feelings. And an absolute understanding came to me that your attention is like finance, and this is exactly the real power of energy.
Where you invest it, that’s what you get. You’re either watching a "movie" from the system, or you are Living. And this has become a very significant and bright moment (in my life). So, before consciousness erased it, I wanted to share this with you.
