Naše vědomí, známé také jako Hlas v hlavě, je velký mluvka. Nikdy nemlčí a informace nám předává jako hotovou věc, zpravidla lživou, ničím neopodstatněnou. A na základě takových lživých informací od vědomí vznikají konflikty. Tak vědomí rozděluje. Proto je nesmírně důležité poznat tohoto mluvku a nevstupovat s ním do dialogu. Mnohem lepší je spoléhat se na hluboké pocity vycházející z Duše. Každý z nás je schopen pocítit pravdu. Uvnitř každého z nás žije Láska.
