Southern regions of Africa have faced a rare blizzard, tourists in Argentina were stranded due to a sudden snowstorm, and early winter hit Mongolia. Meanwhile, heat records were broken in almost every country worldwide. But this is only part of the global climate chaos gripping the planet.
In this video, we show just a fraction of the events that took place globally during the week of September 18 to 24, 2024.
Looking at the current events, it’s clear to everyone that the world is on the edge. The paradox, however, is that even after surviving one disaster, people continue living as they did before, trapped in the illusion that the worst is behind them.
But when the next catastrophe strikes, the same cycle repeats. It seems people will only begin to realize the gravity of the situation when a new disaster hits before they’ve even had the chance to recover from the previous one.
And when this cycle accelerates globally, it will finally become clear that something must be done. But by then, it might be too late. When humanity is focused solely on survival, there will be no one left to tackle the preservation of the planet.
Right now, we still have a chance. We have scientists who can address the climate crisis, research institutes, laboratories, technology, the internet, and most of the tools we need to save humanity.
Everyone with intelligence and a spark of humanity must understand the issue and do everything possible to create a public demand for the unification of scientific potential to eliminate the climate threat. There must also be a call for the unification of humanity around its most fundamental value — the life of every person.
