How to live happily, to develop spiritually and to participate actively in the life of society at that? What can a person do to stop listening to thoughts in his head and to start living? What to do if consciousness throws a person to extremes: "Only meditate" or "Only engage in social activity"? The external and the internal — where can one find balance? How can a person gain real Life, and not the illusion of existence? Igor Mikhailovich Danilov answers these crucial questions.

Nicole: Hello again, dear friends! My name is Nicole. Today I’d like to share my understanding with you again. I recently had a question, and I’m still looking for an answer to it.
You know, there are the “actors” in the head who constantly… each of them says different things. For example, one says, “Pay more attention to the external, act in the external. After all, you want to help people. Do something, aspire to that!” While the second one says, “Wait, wait. After all, spiritual development is about something else, it’s exactly about the internal. Sit down on a sofa, please, and start meditating around the clock.” And then I have this kind of dissonance, and I cannot understand: what do I sincerely want? How to combine all this together? What should be exactly the right approach for a person who sincerely wants to develop inside and to help people at the same time? How to combine all this into such harmony, so that it doesn't prevent you from inner growth, and people around you would be provided with some assistance and growth too? And so, since I haven’t found the answer to this question, I would like to address this question to Igor Mikhailovich.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: While in fact, it is very simple. In order to really develop in harmony spiritually, you need to stop listening to the advisers in your head... One tells you, “You must do this,” the other one says, “You must do the other thing.” One says, “You must be active and help everyone.” What does your second adviser say? “You must sit down and do nothing, and meditate — to save the world," he tells her that, can you imagine?
Nicole: Yes, consciousness wants me to meditate. That's really strange.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: While what should she actually do? In fact, she should stop listening to them and start Living. Then you will be in harmony and happiness, then you will do a lot. But if you want, you can sit in spiritual practices, in meditations for a while — even in a yoga pose. This doesn’t prevent a person from developing spiritually.
But people must, first of all, stop listening to those dictators in their heads who tell them “you must”. The task of those who say “you must” is to ensure that you don’t receive what you should receive in this life. While you should receive Life and not the illusion of this existence. Right?
Therefore, our friends, you need to live happily, with Love, with joy. Right?
Nicole: Yes.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: And in no case…
Nicole: And to act in that direction.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: Absolutely right. But by no means under the dictation, excuse me, of our foes, or those who are called demons or thoughts. Thoughts can also be good and very useful. But in order for them to be useful to us, both in the spiritual and in our everyday life, we simply need to learn to control them — and everything will be fine. In no case let them put your attention in emptiness and stupidity, in hatred and evil — in that which destroys. Let our thoughts tell us what to do and in which way, so that everything is wonderful, that there would be really peace in the entire world, so that you would be successful. In this case, I mean success in all your matters, including material ones, but without harm to people around. Then everything will be fine. Right? Isn't that easy?
Nicole: Yes. In fact, everything is very simple. Just to decide to stop listening to this and live your true Life.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: To stop being a slave to somebody's will.
Nicole: Yes. It's like a radio. Like you once said in a video, that there is a radio, and there is always one wave on the radio, and there is the other wave.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: And there is the other.
Nicole: Meaning, if you don't want to listen to a radio wave, you just turn it off, and that's all.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: You switch to another wave and listen to it.
Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: Is it simple? Of course, it is. Thank you, friends.
