On May 11th, 2019, the international video conference “SOCIETY. THE LAST CHANCE” took place on the platform of ALLATRA International Public Movement. This is a global video conference, in which people from more than 140 countries of the world participated, gathered in huge halls, and via Internet collectively raised urgent issues of the society.
In particular, it was said that the consumer format of interaction in the world today already threatens the very life of all people, constant enrichment of some by means of rapid impoverishment of others ultimately leads to the self-destruction of all humanity. And people decided that in order to prevent this, it is necessary to set in the international format a limitation of the person’s capitalization.
Capitalization means the sum total of all assets in person’s possession: real estate investments, stocks, bank accounts, and so forth. That is, it was decided for people together, to set a single limit expressed as an amount, which a person’s capitalization cannot exceed.
And when the amount exceeds this limit — a person can continue earning money, however, it will all go towards society’s needs and development. And now we are conducting a social survey in different countries of the world to find out the opinion of the international community, what should be this limit.
