- After a warm winter, inhabitants of several Russian cities have observed an unusually snowy spring. Meanwhile Omsk was battered by the most powerful storm in 6 years
- In Yemen and Iran, heavy rains once again triggered massive floods. Water quickly flooded streets in some cities and prompted urgent evacuation of people.
- In April, the African region was also affected by several natural disasters. For instance, stormy weather with heavy hail hit the southern part of the region, and the eastern part of the African continent was attacked by a second wave of locust invasion.
- In a previous episode, we spoke of the aftermath of the cyclone "Harold" on the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. The tropical cyclone moved further to the South Pacific and in a few days reached the islands of Fiji and the Kingdom of Tonga.
As we see, natural disasters are only growing in number and force. It is already the case that we need to build a safe society in which people will not be divided by where they live, by their skin color, material wealth, and social status. A society in which human life, honesty and respect among people will always come first. Only in this way can we go through all the ordeals.
