At the OSCE Warsaw Human Dimension Conference 2025, representatives of the ALLATRA International Public Movement delivered a powerful statement titled “Anti-Cult Networks as a Threat to Human Rights and Democracy.”
The speech highlighted how so-called “anticult” organisations, or the network of “sect and cult experts”, under the pretext of protecting society, often contribute to stigmatization, disinformation, and the violation of fundamental freedoms — including freedom of belief and conscience.
This network, connected to the Russian organization RACIRS, have been spreading manipulative narratives and pseudo-expertise across Europe and beyond, influencing courts, ministries, and public opinion.
Such actions — recognized by the UN as forms of information terrorism — undermine human dignity, democratic values, and social trust.
